Scope of work · Raw Material Inspection of DT (Cast Resin & Traction Transformer) CRT (Cast Resin Transformer) · 100% Core Assembly Incoming Inspection after receipt at STI - Visual, Dimension and release of core assembly for usage · Preparation of Inspection Report for core · Preparation of Inspection Report for Windings · Preparation of Nonconformance Report · Taking pictures, pasting in report for communicating to supplier via DT logistics TT (Traction Transformer) · 100% Inspection of Mounting accessories PRD, -Oil Flow Switch, - Oil flow monitor, - Harting assembly · 100% Core Assembly Inspection · 100% Inspection of Copper conductor · 100% Inspection of KP items, KP frames, KP plates · 100% Inspection of Fiber glass Items · 100% Inspection of Cooler unit, · Maintaining Records of Inspection in default formats · Preparation of Nonconformance Report · Raw Material clearance in SAP We don’t need superheroes, just super minds. · Basic knowledge of Transformer manufacturing · Knowledge of measuring instrument, tools being used in Incoming Quality inspection (Micrometer, DFT, Vernier caliper, Megger) · Knowledge of raw material of transformer · Good in email/verbal communication · Computer skill - knowledge of MS office (Word/Excel) · BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering · Knowledge of SAP for QM info · Basic knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001:2015 · Understanding/reading of drawings · Understanding of traceability and control of documents.
