Technical lead and decision maker on Corp-wide process development during ESI/NPI.

Have above average knowledge and experience in Molding, Stamping, CNC, Painting, Anodizing, Assembly processes and required tooling, Jig&Fixture design.

Able to foresee all the above processes and tool/J&F design problem also coordinate with customer and internally

Lead a team of 60-80 engineers working on process design and drive sites process engineering teams on process realization.

Lead new process development corp-wide.

Able to communicate effectively with customers technical & quality team.

• Experienced with new production line set up project, automotive, electronics product related would be preferred

• 5 years of engineering experience in the design and production of electronics assembly environment

• Good English communication skill and good team work
