Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will serve as a member of Amgen’s Drug Product development team, learning and providing hands-on formulation and process expertise during the development of clinical and commercial formulations for solid oral dosage forms.

• Interface within the Drug Product Technologies Department as a team member to support programs and initiatives.

• Contribute to the completion of experimentation design and execution and assist in analysis and interpretation of data.

• Organize and communicate information within the team to help lead to the best possible formulation and processes.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of related experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of related experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other related subject area.
• Strong problem-solving skills to apply to the analytical characterization and formulation development of proteins.
• Ability to execute and analyze long-term stability studies.
• Basic understanding of physical/chemical stability of proteins and how process related stress impacts molecule attributes and product quality.
• Success working with diverse team members in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
