Leading new product introduction – reviewing new product request and specification, planning for new product introductions, ensuring production readiness, establishing capability, resolving issues, and transferring new product to production.

Planning, directing, coordinating and/or leading projects, to ensure achieving objectives, completed on time and within budget.

Improving product attribute quality by fundamental understanding and PQA architecture to protect both customer and our business.

Leading future forming development on attribute and capability improvement.

Interacting with Corporate, Division and Plant technical resources to exchange and transfer technology of best practices.

Providing training of process engineering team on new learning of attribute and capability improve.

Planning, leading and conducting experiments for project demand and/or fundamental understanding purpose.

Investigating and analyzing process issues, providing troubleshooting support, developing solutions, and implementing permanent corrective actions.

Controlling process variation and making continuous improvements.

Controlling effective implementation of process or equipment changes.

Implementing and enforcing procedures for maintaining a safe work environment.

Interact and support production.

Requirements: Education & Experience

BS/MS degree in Materials, Chemical, Physics, Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent.

3+ years experience working on manufacturing.

Extrusion and/or Ceramic experience preferred.

Work experience in multi-national companies highly preferred.

Experience in project highly preferred.
