Overall Purpose:

Perform process calculations and deliver process documents for the proposals and projects followed by the company while ensuring the plant will meet the contractual performances.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform and optimize process simulations and calculations according to the contractual commitment with customers.
Size the equipment designed by E&C Hangzhou (cryogenic columns, Front End Purification unit, Air/water and Nitrogen/water towers) and main pipes including deriming lines, valves, relief valves and flow meters
Issue Process Datasheets for all equipments and instruments in process scope.
Establish PFD and Material/Heat Balances
Check, validate and comment from a process perspective the drawings established by E&C Hangzhou and the equipment feedbacks from suppliers
Participate to review meetings (e.g. PFD, PID or Process reviews)
Provide process support to Service Group // Standard Product Dpt
Participate or support plant commissioning when necessary.
Capitalize plant performances
Prepare and deliver technical presentations on process topics

Qualifications:

Master degree or above, majored in chemical engineering or Cryogenic
Familiar with ASU process knowledge and strong knowledge in Thermodynamics
Good communication skill and team work spirit, rigorous and sense of responsibility and autonomy.
Mastery of basic Microsoft Office
Good English.
