Job Descriptions:

• Provide engineering support for all process tomake sure production run smoothly. Closely worked with production to provideday-to-day support to address the process related issues on time.
• Conducted trials to evaluate newprocesses/equipment/material and etc.
• Skillful to use PE tools such as QC 7 tools/DOE/FEMA/6Sigmato do problem root cause investigation, then define ruler as error proof / SPC/100% inspection to improve it
• Response for process control improving &scrap reduction, know how to use VSM/Lean to investigate the opportunities forcontinuously improving
• Know Minitab to do data analysis/summary
• Response for compilation of process documentsincluding WI/PFEMA/Check list/Parameter table and etc.

Requirement:

• College degree or above, with at least 3 year’srelevant experience.
• High sense of responsibility and self-motivated,good communication and coordination skills.
• English: oral English (basic level)& written English; CET-4 is must
• Good at summary/report draft.
