Main Responsibilities:

• Safety:

  • Responsible for the process safety.

  • Review the safety regulations including process, equipment, metrology etc.

  • Operation procedures and safety measures must be considered before shut down, equipment repaired, modified, and changed.

  • Lead risk analysis such as HAZOP, PRA…

  • Participate in the investigation, analysis and processing of accidents.

• Lead, propose and implement process improvement in productivity, yield, quality and safety:

• Daily monitoring of process effectiveness and quality; source of information for process change decisions, so as to raise process efficiency and minimize effluents.

• Organize monthly process meeting to review productivity, yield/quality, and propose and participate or assist to conduct production program regarding Quality. Improvement, yield improvement, yield improvement, Capacity Improvement, Safety Improvement, etc.

• Lead and organize all quality and AIMS related activity in compliance with ISO9000,ISO14000,ISO45001 and AIMS procedures:

• Set up detailed standard operating procedures in accordance with ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO45001 and maintain them updated.

• Plan and organize AIMS activities in compliance with platform progress.

• Conduct or participate training program to improve operator’s and shift leader’s skill and proficiency.

• Responsible for sales order confirmation regarding product specification.

• Regularly leads review of operating procedures, ensure all necessary operating procedures and records are updated, controlled.

• Documentation of process:

• Organize and conduct Process Hazard Analyses and safety audits to ensure all risks are addressed and controlled.

• Build up technical data base/history for each product.

• Ensure that P&ID drawings are updated.

• Process support for new project :

  • Cooperate with Project and maintenance team to provide process technology support for new project.

• Communicate with R&D process:

  • Communicate with CRDC process engineer and let the project accomplish in time.

• Other missions or tasks assigned by Department or Company.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1.Knowledge:

• Master in Chemical Engineering or above

2. Skills:

• Process control regarding analysis and optimization of process.
• Presentation skills related to management presentations, customer and vendor audits, employee training.
• Be familiar with MS Office, general competency with computers..
• Good written and oral English.

3.Experience:

• 1 year of experience in process management, and multination company background is a plus

4. Abilities:

• Able to organize risk analysis, hazard analysis, proper design and use of equipment
• Able to handle specific problems generated during the production
• Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
