• Develops products Flow Chart and offers kinds of validation
• Reviews new products 3P, analyses new products feasibility and reliability.
• Analyses, follows up and solves quality issues during production procedure, decreases the rejection rate in production procedure.
• Follows up ECN and PCN of all products.
• Edits and updates PFMEA.
• Edits and updates WI.
• Provides training to production engineering technicians and related operators in production procedure.
• Does trial-production for materials in all side and completes the trial reports.

Qualifications

• College degree or above, majored in electronic or related
• Over 3 years in PE function
• Be familiar with PFMEA, FLOW CHART etc.
• Project management experience is a plus
• Good communication skills
