ABOUT YOUR ROLE职位描述

1. 确认公司质量方针及目标达成情况，生产客户满意的产品，提高公司产品的竞争力

2. 确保涂布线工艺设备稳定，以及产品质量持续改善

3. 协调公司内外相关部门，积极组织各项品质工作的正常运作及实施

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE工作职责:

1. 负责生产线工艺流程的编制，负责工艺文件的宣导和执行；

2. 负责生产工艺的改进，及时解决质量工艺问题；

3. 监控工艺流程各质量控制关键点，保证产品质量，避免重大客户投诉；

4. 负责生产操作人员的培训；

5. 负责新产品的试制，新技术的引进；

6. 及时完成上级交办的其他事项

1. 最低学历要求：本科

2. 外语熟练程度要求：良好

3. 工作经验要求：两年以上相关工作经验

4. 行业及专业知识要求：高分子材料、应用化学、化学工程与工艺
