Description:

?Perform assembly process evaluation/characterization/qualification build for new package or new product

? Develop/evaluate and build up production capability to support new product introduction

? Continuously improve and sustain robust manufacturing methods for production control and yield performance

? Collect and analyze evaluation, characterization and qualification data with statistical skills

? Sustain and improve raw material quality thru evaluation/qualification

? Perform the evaluation to achieve a lower cost material or efficient processing

? Co-work with Test, Quality and Lab for Electrical Test, Reliability and Failure mechanism analysis

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree (Mechanics, Electronics, Automation etc) and major in Electronics Engineering is preferred

? Hard working and diligent, good ownership and teamwork

? Effective communication and feedback

? Strong desire to learn more and good discipline

? Good business English to work with cross functional/global team and good speaking is a plus

? Process statistical control knowledge is preferred

? Microsoft office skills is required
