About this opportunity

In this role, you will…

1.In general, responsible for assigned process engineering activities.

2.Sustaining daily production, handling order issue those are escalated to PE level.

3.Managing multi-tasks at the same time, ensure all assigned tasks can meet schedules and report progress to team.

4.Utilizing quality analysis tools. statistical principle and idea of lean manufacturing to improving quality and production efficiency.

5.Validation of Process/Equipment/Software (IQ/OQ/PQ/PV) incorporating risk Assessment on existing or new products and processes.

6.Maintaining and generating comprehensive procedures and operating documents, ensure related technical information & documents are ready in system （WI, FMEA ,Control plan ,BOMs, routing time, etc.）,and provide training when needed.

7.Define calculate Capacity models based on historical/theoretical/statistical analysis, assessing capacity demand according to forecast.

8.Optimize equipment utilization, define and implement material flows, process flows as well as layout in order to reduce cost.

9.Focus on customer complaints, provide technical support for investigation，corrective actions and /or preventative actions (CAPA).

10.Continually monitoring process Key Performance Indicators(KPIs), ensure all related KPIs are running steadily and smoothly.

11.Research, develop and implement projects in order to reducing cost, enhancing effectiveness of production.

12. Take leading engineering change control process in factory, evaluate risk of change to production, apply appropriate validation plan to verify the change, monitor the result after change be implemented.

13.Take lead cross function teams in factory let new products / new process/new equipment be deployed in factory, ensure all activates fulfill the requirements

14.Other tasks assigned by the superior.

In this role, you’ll need...

Education/Working experience：

1.Bachelor Degree or above.

2.Major in Manufacturing engineering, Mechanical, Electrical engineering and Industrial engineering are preferred.

3.5 years or above position related experience. Knowledge of ISO13485 preferred.

4.Experience of Lean and 6 sigma, Green belt or Black belt are preferred.

Language:

1.Fluent oral and written English, CET-4 or above.

Computer skills：

1.Good office tools skills.

2.Good skill of CAD or Pro-E are preferred.

Others：

1.Fast learner to learning new knowledge initiatively and independently.Be familiar with quality analysis tools, statistical principle, knowing how to apply them in production.

2.Good capability of communication and cross-function work.

3.Good organizational, good spirit of teamwork.

4.Focus on detail, Result orientated.

5.Flexible thinking, daring to challenge and Change.
