Job Description

Principle Account-abilities

1．    Lead the control the process technology operations strictly following global technology process. Provide support to various troubles shooting solutions during day-to-day manufacturing operations.
2．    Support process technology development including both long and short term, and facilitate various implementations;
3．    Lead the new process flow or technology development, assessment and summary, and responsible for the implementation and document filing;
4．    Responsible for writing various process documents, setting various materials usage standards, designing and facilitating various testing and improvement of plant equipment and facilities. 
5．    Support the PFD design, review or improvement for plant manufacturing facilities including the expansion project;
6．    Plan, coordinate, schedule and deliver the process and technology training plan and implementation by working closely with HR department and the related production supervisors.    

Knowledge/Experience/Skills Needed
1．    English as the working language is a plus both written and oral/presentation;
2．    Bachelor’s degree in chemical process engineering, energy, metallurgy or related area, and Master is a plus;
3．    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process engineering, support or production management experience in special or petrol chemicals or metallurgy business directly or indirectly supporting manufacturing sites. Able to engineer the general chemical process, and deliver process technology support for selecting the general chemical equipments；
4．    Data driven, strategic thinker, addresses partner and internal / external customer needs;
5．    Presentation and change-management skills is a valuable plus;
6．    Proficient user of MS Office suite, and AUTOCAD
