主要职责 Responsibilities：

1.新产品流程&PFMEA设计；

New Production detailed process& PFMEA design;

2. 设计生产线产能及生产工艺布局设计；

Design Production line capacity & Process Layout;

3. 指导新产品Prototype / OTS /PPAP 样品制作；

guide to product Prototype / OTS /PPAP sample production;

4. 新产品作业标准制作及老产品作业标准维护；

Esablish work instruction for new production and update the old production work instruction;

5. 生产线异常情况分析

Analnal the unususl circumstances of the production line

职位要求Job Specifications:

At least College in mechanical automation or Industrial Engineer

Experience on LEAN manufacturing，Skilled in fixture and jig design

Be familiar with the process of product design

To master basic IE skills

Above 1 years manufacturing process experiences in manufacture industry or related working experiences, Focus on capacity analysis and process balance

Can independently design production process.

Harness manufacturing experience is preferred.

Good Office software ，AUTOCAD skills

Good human communication ability

Excellent practical ability,Diligence and pragmatic,Good Team Players.
