• Take lead in product development from pilot run qualification to SOP within specified time frame
• Documenting the process data for specs/process parameters set up
• Support new tooling verification process for schedule planning
• Set up product cost (run time) and analysis. Schedule and technical performance on selected engineering development projects. Support identifying needs for corrective action plans for under-performing projects and provides oversight of corrective action plans
• Support continuous improvement of manufacturing efficiency of new and current product lines from process efficiency/safety point of view
• Support Global Engineering Standards, Change Management procedures, and transfer of material and process data from several internal system to the shop floor
• Production issue trouble shooting and quality issue improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science
• 2 years related experience in Rubber production and process
• Problem solving skills and root cause analysis ability
• Basic English ability in writing and reading
• Communication skills and learning agility
