You can help develop the workings behind Eaton’s eMobility department and create the landscape for the future of the world’s transportation through power and electrical grid management. Join our team of highly skilled and innovative engineers. Job Responsibilities Process analysis of engineering documents. Development of production special process documentation and quality planning according to rules of IATF16949/ISO9001, safety and hygiene at work, environmental protection, and Lean Manufacturing (FMEA, SPC). Development of production special process based on product documentation, PFMEA analyse and process capability studies. Selection and ordering of fixtures, tools, and measuring devices. Development of work standardization sheets. Calculation and reduction of standard processing times. Implementation of special process documentation changes and distribution them according to rules of documentation supervision. Design of manufacturing special processes for new products and implementation of engineering changes according to the implementation timetable, Activation of all operations necessary for new product manufacturing according to production special process and effective rules. Development of detailed plans of machinery deployment and nests with the consideration of rules for safety and hygiene at work, ergonomics, and Lean Manufacturing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electronics, electric or other approved discipline. 2 years minimum manufacturing or quality experience with a knowledge of blueprint reading, statistical methods, problem solving, industry quality standards, and continuous improvement tools. Operating knowledge of CAD 2D/3D, MS Office, MS Project type software. Communication ability in English and Polish. Familiarity with assembly processes. Familiarity with the SPC rules. Familiarity with the Lean Manufacturing principles. Familiarity with the rules of problem solving by the 8D and A3 method.
