Develops and maintains: work instructions, bill of materials and work flow routings for the projects under responsibility. Performs the line balancing based on time study and improvement methods. Controls all changes to the products allocated respecting ECN process. Defines and builds with the facility team, the production cells according to required standards. FMEA execution for implemented and new products. Build the control plan based on FMEA. Develops standardized workflows and poka-yoke systems. Work with wider team to ensure timely resolution of all production issues. Ensure absolute adherence to all Quality system, Company Safety System and Lean System requirements. Supports process development and cost improvement activities within the company. Guides operators and technicians when a new product or process is being established. Understands and improves equipment for a better functionality of processes: screw driving process, soldering, assembly , packaging. Qualifications Proven technical experience within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge and proven experience with using time study methods. English -advanced SAP knowledge is an advantage.
