Day to Day Responsibilities: (must to fill)

• Provide day-to-day problem-solving support to 3D forming process and product quality
• Lead 3D forming process scope technical activities and yield improvement persistently
• Provide general engineering and manufacturing skills and knowledge (understand theories and fundamentals), capable of leading process troubleshooting and identify root cause of issues, put permanent solutions in place
• Supports new technology migration through equipment installation, process optimization and documentations to mass production
• Identify, justify, and implement cost reduction, capacity enhancement, capital equipment and other improvement
• Support to design or specify new fixture/equipment or modify existing fixture/equipment to continuously improve process performance
• Assist on data analysis for key decision of process engineering activities (experiment, development, etc.)
• Meet Environmental, Safety and Health requirements related to equipment or process

Requirements: Education & Experience (please state MUST and PLUS requirements)

• BS or Higher; Mechanical, Material, Chemical Engineering or related science or engineering background.
• 2+ years 3D forming experience on cover glass of smart device

Requirements: Required Skills

• Familiar glass 3D forming process, thermal modeling and simulation
• Able to communicate in English, capable to read/write and spoken is prefer
• Familiar with 6-Sigma (DMAIC) / Lean, DOE and have successful GB project
• Document and presentation skill to report process improvement status and problem statement
• Logical thinking to deal with complex problems in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• Effectively work with cross functional departments of Quality, production and Engineering.
• Initiatively and self- motivation

Requirements: Desired Skills

• Project skill or experience,6-Sigma GB certified
• Cover glass cleaning experience on ultrasonic/brush washer, ability of understanding washing detergent, ultrasonic frequency to impact cleaning performance
