Job Content

• Understand and abide by the SHE and the quality policies, requirements and regulations of China, company and XH site. Be responsible for SHE affairs in the jurisdiction and ensure the colleagues’ and his/her own safety and health.
• Attend SHE/Quality training actively, to ensure the operation procedure conform to the requirements of ISO 9001/ISO 14000.
• Support to monitor and develop Manufacturing Process Control Plans and use information to determine and implement corrective actions
• Collecting and investigating improvement opportunities;
• Support continuous improvement efforts that provide root-cause analysis of known, repetitive processing & maintenance issue’s leading to product Non-Conformances and machine failures.
• Assessing improvement opportunities on added value, ranking and prioritizing opportunities and managing the improvement list;
• Specify scope of solution and send solution to appropriate (work) process for implementation;
• Increasing levels of user knowledge by (supporting) instructing and training to other engineer, production and maintenance personnel on process issues;
• Prepare cost estimation, conceptual studies and execute projects including basic & detail design and documentation;
• Support to ensure compliance of assigned projects with all applicable laws, SHE-and Q-requirements and other applicable regulations;
• Document, file and communicate all relevant information; Communicate expertise / solutions broadly within DSM if synergy can be achieved.

Qualification

• Bachelor above level in Sciences (majored in chemical, Food or pharmaceuticals engineering)
• Good communication skills both internal and external
• Proficient in both written and oral English
