• Carried out a continuous gate keeping through regular contacts with suppliers, reading of specialized magazines and attendance to professional fairs, and provide other stakeholders with the information.
• Get updated on standards (EN, ISO and ASTM) e Manage regulatory duties (REACH, EN and US Glove directives ….)
• Assist Quality management in quality problems solving.
• Assist purchasing in selecting and referencing new suppliers.
• Assist Central R&D to procure new materials and identify new suppliers.

• Propose and test raw material rationalization
• Proposed process improvements
• Review regularly existing products in order to get better value for money.
• Develop, implement and maintain manufacturing control process

• Chemical or Rubber/Latex Bachelor e Polymer
• 3 years or over Glove/latex products R & D experience,
• Strong projects management experience
• Maturity, charisma to be able to implement best practices in production workshop
• Interpersonal skills
• Fluent in oral English, Good writing reading skills. French is a plus.
