职位描述

以下职能包括支持礼来苏州湖西工厂

Below responsibility including supporting Lilly Suzhou west lake plant

1、生产设备的预防性维护的持续改进。

Continuous improvement for manufacturing equipment preventative maintenance.

2、胶囊充填，压片和包衣的责任工程师。

Responsibility engineer for capsule filling, tablet compressor, coating system in west lake plant.

3、持续改进生产流程，保持高效、高质量，负责并跟踪相关改善工作。

Continuously improving the process more effective and high quality, Owning and following up the improvement actions

4、懂得和了解生产设备

Knowing and understanding the equipment

起草生产设备相关确认文件并协调执行设备的确认工作

Initiate equipment qualification document and coordinate to perform new equipment qualification

完成设备的资产状态监控 （AQM）

Complete equipment asset qualification monitoring.

设备相关change的影响分析

Help on impact analysis of equipment operation related change

设备能力计算

equipment capability (Critical Operating Data/Measure Uncertainty);

5、保持安全的环境，及时汇报不安全隐患

Keep safety environment and report issues timely

6、在有培训资质的情况下可支持礼来苏州的其他工厂

If employee qualified he/she can support other in Lilly Su Zhou.

任职条件

要求：

Requirements:

1、本科及以上学历，机械、电气自动化等相关专业

Bachelor degree or above，major in mechnical，automation or related

2、3年以上制造工厂过程改善经验（药厂经验优先）

More than 3 years of process improvement experience in manufacture (Pharmaceutical manufacture experience is preferred).

3、具备较好的团队精神、较强的沟通和协作技能

Strong teamwork spirit，strong communication and partnering skills

4、英语流利

English: Fluent
