• Responsible for the injection process improvement, production efficiency improving.

• Contribute to implementation of best practice Lean strategy, processes and procedures to improve operational performance.

• Work with management to develop and implement continuous improvement projects, cost reduction, cycle time study, and process effectiveness improvement.

  协助管理层挖掘并执行持续改进项目，降低成本及生产周期，提高过程效率。

• Participation/ Leading of improvement projects

• Manufacturing technology and equipment improvement

  生产技术和设备的改善

• Lean tools training for employees to support continuous improvement ideas.

  组织并安排对员工进行精益工具相关知识的培训

Requirement岗位要求:

• Over 5 years experience in lean and continuous improvement in manufacturing.

  5年以上外资制造工厂精益生产及持续改善工作经验。

• Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred.

  相关制造或工程专业优先

• Fully understand Injection molding process for plastic.

  精通注塑成型工艺

• Experience with Toyota System, SMED, Kanban, Kaizen, and similar continuous improvement program is preferred.

  有丰田系统、SMED、看板、Kaizen和相关的持续改进项目的经验者优先

  Experience in Injection process support.
