#### Position Description:


• Creation and modification of procedures and documents.
• Keep and increase efficiency in manufacturing lines.
• Responsible of Keizen events
• Scrap and cost reduction projects
• New process development
• Support to Manufacturing and Quality departments
• Responsible for executive presentations

#### Position Requirements:


 Industrial Engineer, IMA or related
  Autocad Knowledge for Layout Develop
 English 90%
 Lean six sigma methodology  (Green Belt Certification, Black Belt preferred)
 Times and Movements & material flow Knowledge
 Process documentation
 Process improvement
  Knowledge in Ishikawa Methodology, Spaghetti plot, 8D, AMEF, Workflows,
etc.
 Ergonomic knowledge for projects implementation
  Effective communication & people Management
  High leadership level  and negotiation
 1 - 3 or more years experience in the position
 Time availability, support on weekends and rotate shifts if necessary
 Team work
 High responsibility
 Self-Motivated Person
