Responsibility

• Implement AkzoNobel HSE policy including SAQ, PSM, LSR, BBS, etc. to ensure TRR=0

• Establish and implement ISO & TS16949 system to get the certification

• Create and update the process/operational parameter on work order in MFG

• Deliver the trainings to operators on the technical and process parameter

• Daily participate the MDT meeting to follow up the actions defined

• Lead a/o support daily root cause analysis and problem solving on quality issues

• Keep the tight feedback and communication with R&D, QC to ensure the formulation update in MFG

• Deliver the technical support as needed for production

• Lead a/o coordinate the technical & quality review/discussion meeting with QC and R&D

• Lead, guide a/o coordinate the MOC related to process, formulation, Raw Material change and keep the right record

• Follow up the production for the new/special product to ensure the success for business

• Conduct any improvement about process, technical/formulation and material, with the ALPS approaches including 5S, daily Kaizen and project

• Complete the report about production efficiency, machine OEE, productivity, and quality if needed

• Any other task as request

Job requirements/Candidate profile

• Education background: Bachelor degree above with major in Chemical related
• 3 years + working experience on production, technical, process or engineering in Powder or Coatings industry (Powder Coatings experience is preferred)
• Familiar with the Powder Coatings manufacturing processes and quality control system
• Familiar with the ISO and TS16949 system (certification experience is preferred)
• Familiar with the root cause analysis and problem solving tools (Lean, Six Sigma certification is preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Good English writing and verbal competency (easy to communicate with foreigners in English)
• High responsibility, passion for excellence and good team player
• Familiar with the MS office software’s application (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
