職務說明

• Analyze Asset Utilization through statistics, Root Cause Analysis and Failure Mode & Effect Analysis, and explain discrepancies between actual and expected performance and propose improvements
• Execute feasibility studies of plant problems, opportunities, product developments, new products, technological innovations, changing laws and regulations, etc.
• Act as gatekeeper and safeguard for all improvement initiatives
• Provide engineering expertise various projects and evaluate the performance
• Document, file and communicate all relevant information
• Increase levels of user knowledge by supporting personnel training
• Execute defined SHE and Q policies in compliance with Corporate Requirements and regulations

理想的應徵者

• Educational level: BSc/MSc in process/chemical engineering
• Experience with statistical techniques
• Broad knowledge of all manufacturing disciplines , plant and the process
• Good communication, social and advisory skills
