工作职责:

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing process engineering support to manufacturing with emphasis on process improvement and optimization aimed at increasing productivity and efficiency, enhancing quality, improving yield and cycle time, and reducing unit cost.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Establish and document processes, and monitor where necessary to ensure process reliability.

2. Conduct ongoing processes designed experimentation to enhance process understanding and control with ultimate objective of process optimization.

3. Troubleshoot process problems, recommend and implement solutions.

4. Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives, including performing cost analysis to justify new equipment needs.

5. Develop new product processes.

6. Develop process quality control methods for use by operators/technicians to ensure consistent quality product.

7. Recommend substitutions for raw material.

8. Define raw material requirements, establish raw material specification, and work with suppliers to ensure raw materials conform to SJF requirements. Participate in SJF supplier survey and certification process.

9. Work with engineering Dept. on the installation, commissioning and start-up of new equipment.

10. Work closely with production to improve shop floor process equipment performance.

11. Participate in the review of process equipment design.

12. Assist in the training and development of the technical skills of production personnel.

13. Perform task assigned by supervisor form time to time.

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering-related subject, like food, fermentation, electrical/electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, material science.

2. At least 5 years working experience in process engineering discipline in related industry sector.

3. Six Sigma certification (DMAIC or DFSS).

4. Preferred with previous experience in multi-national food mfg. companies.

5. Good English skills on both oral and written.
