• Responsible for Laser Welding Process development according to specification and process release
• Support industrialization of new state-of-art laser welding MAE design review, pre-acceptance and release
• Series production support for process optimization, equipment problem solving and tooling concept design
• Collaboration with BOSCH international production network
• Coordination  with project management, product engineering, purchasing and external suppliers
• Participation in simultaneous engineering teams

• Bachelor in mechanical or electrical engineering
• min. 2 years at laser welding process development
• laser welding relative process knowledge
• Problem solving method
