This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Responsible for production standard process setup and maintenance
• Lead CI project to reduce any waste in process,Improve production efficiency and manufacturing process quality.
• Design fixtures for efficiency improvement and ergo purpose, Familiar with AutoCAD & Pro-E software is preferred.
• Work with NPI for new product introduction and responsible to DFM review
• Develop PFMEA/SOP and train operators

Qualifications

• Education level required: Bachelor and above
• Years and area of experience required: Minimum 5 years in electronic assembly and PCBA manufacturing
• Technical knowledge：Familiar with lean production
• Soft skills：Effective communication skills, good written in English，can communicate in English.
