JOB RESPONSIBILITES :

1. Implement technology improvement projects and deliver results to improve plant KPIs

2. Optimize process conditions and develop procedures to improve plant performance

3. Improve overall performance (Quality, Yield, Uptime & Cost) via innovation

4. Develop new product and new process meeting business needs

5. Assist in developing and/or reviewing standard operating procedures

6. Assist in investigating product quality complaints from our customers

7. Assist in training and development of technicians and operators

8. Be responsible for providing specifications for raw materials, packaging, process control and finished product

9. Provide technical support to operations for dealing day to day production and quality issues

10. Participate in plant process safety management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years relevant manufacturing working experience in Polymer and/or Fiber Manufacturing Process with knowledge in process equipment operation and maintenance.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Familiar with basic statistic tool & analysis
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or relevant discipline
