Then come and join our global team as Process Engineer (Surface Pretreatment) to optimize & trouble shoot in our Surface Pretreatment workshop for higher quality and productivity.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will be responsible to optimize and trouble shooting in our SPT workshop:

• Creating operation specification, validation and verification of production process, etc.

• Analysis defective parts and troubleshooting for failures in production line, report and actions follow up.

• Set up and implement process control .

• Optimize the process to obtain high quality for products, and ensure the on time delivery, as well.

• As the interface between SCM and R&D / QM regarding to feasibility of production process, ensure that all relevant know-how for products has been transferred.

• Continual monitoring the critical parameters to ensure the production quality is stable.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have bachelor degree, major in electrochemistry, applied chemistry, etc.

• You have more than 5 years’ experience in electroplating, chemical polishing or electro Polishing.

• You have experience in Preparing and adjusting bath fluid, and in simple analytical experiments.

• You are capable of designing the tools used for clean and electro polishing.

• You have the knowledge of waste water and waste air treatment.

• You have clear logic good analytical and problem solving capability.

• You are good team player, passionate, with strong ownership & communication skill.

• You have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
