Key Responsibilities:

lead PE team to support all category products family

PE team management and deployment

resource plan and budget control

develop and optimize manufacturing process to support new product launch in SZ

provide technical support to factory engineering for MP sustainability

drive CIP program from process and product design to improve CSX

early involvement for DFX, PFMEA and NUDS review

build up Suzhou manufacturing capability

contribute to help high productivity and automation design

Key Requirements:

good team leadership and communication skill

good sense on project CSP balance (cost, schedule, performance)

good DFM and PFMEA experience to cover PCBA and mechanical parts assembly and package parts

wide experiences and knowledge on manufacturing process method and equipment which be used in electronic device

skillful for problem solving

fluent read and write and speak English

bachelor degree with mechanical background

more than 10 years’ experience on manufacturing process engineering

more than 5 years’ experience on people management in electrical manufacturing field
