We now require an experienced Process Equipment Engineer who is keen to develop their career with us in our Manorhamilton Road site in Sligo. This is a permanent position in a team with an award-winning safety culture, that has supported a number of successful product launches and audits over the last number of years. Are you intrigued? A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Process Equipment Engineer would be: Provide Engineering services to the plant, in order to maximise the availability of Manufacturing, Utilities and Facilities Equipment. Manage engineering projects when and were required. Ensure continual compliance with the policies relating to Personnel, Quality, Engineering, Safety and Finance. Support the engineering teams in controlling uptime of equipment and optimizing efficiencies both in equipment and process performance. Support the Engineering team with the emphasis on continual operational improvements. Provide the resources necessary to ensure the effective management of EHS at the facility. Provide engineering support and technical trouble shooting to all site operations and reliability of equipment and processes by the successful identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Manage the execution of projects within the engineering group including specific Process Safety Projects. Support the provision of process safety initiatives to the site and liaise with Production to ensure equipment performance is maximized. Liaise with Internal/External Engineering Personnel and contract maintenance providers in maintaining troubleshooting and installing/commissioning equipment. Qualifications So what Education and Experience do you need for this role? A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering Discipline preferred. A minimum of 2 years experience in process engineering, with relevant experience of batch processing, automation, project management, commissioning and validation equipment reliability and continuous improvement. Detailed Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements relating to the Healthcare industry is required.2 years experience of start-ups and/or new product introductions to pharmaceutical facilities. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting the predefined quality requirements.
