To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E Process Excellent Specialist is going to lead continuous process improvement efforts and strategic projects in the end-to-end order flow from customer through to internal and external suppliers and all steps in between, leveraging EBS tools to drive standardization and best practice deployment across the region. In this position, developing a technology strategy for end-to-end order management leveraging existing tools e.g. SAP, Order Center and new tools in the external technology landscape, with the primary focus of seamless order flow and end to end visibility across the value chain and eliminating process waste and gaining productivity will be expected. Besides, driving improvement in process and training documentation across the function to maximize knowledge retention, improving efficiency, and increasing employee and internal/external customer satisfaction are going to be the responsibility area. Your main responsibilities: • Supporting a new strategy for the combined teams in alignment with your manager and rework the OM team • Identifying, improving and documenting gaps in processes within EMEA E2E processes from customers to ex DC shipments. • Working with all stakeholders outside the Material Management organization to support and align on new needed improvements for EMEA in regards to customer related processes between BRM, CSO, CC and OM and other needed departments • Continuously improving on short term processes which will help to improve the Supply Chain punctuality to customers and increase H5 • Driving continues Improvements and cost out opportunities within the Supply Chain organization and measuring these opportunities accordingly, like work pro-actively with transportation • Working with EATON’s SIOP team to share pro-actively challenges on the short-term orders from customers • Defining and working on new technologies for Order management and Supply Chain to handle > 20.000 OL daily out of 4 main DC´s • Driving and understanding missing and unclear assortment information to CC and share expectations from customers in alignment with BRM CLO´s concept and design a new process • Being the key user and person to go for all new Unity implementations (SAP, ) in regards to OM topics and testing activities. • Digitalizing and working on solutions to provide seamless data integration across a distributed network of stakeholders and stakeholder systems. Ensuring that real-time data sharing through connectivity between the stakeholders is possible (implementation of nerve center) • Working together with the CSO´s, CC, BRM and MP to eliminate waste after the merge Order Management and MP under one team • Creating a realistic productivity plan to ensure to get proper IT tools in place and challenge the existing way of working • Owning, Developing, implementing and supporting new projects related to OM, like EDI implementations with customers (today 56% are on EDI) • Being the ""person to go for new projects"" for ordering to cash department with related topics (like CLO, Elixir, IBP, Ariba, SFG projects, nerve centers, or future possible needed E-commerce projects etc.) and acting as a project manager to implement them properly and in time based on agreed prio setting and timelines with Senior management team in EMEA • Supporting CSO and CC and creating new ideas how to improve the daily workload for all relevant teams and create a proper RACI • Developing new needed training documents for the team in Order to cash team and MP with a follow up meeting on regular trainings • Deploying competency matrix on customer knowledge within the MP team via regular questionnaire's • Reworking the onboarding training plan in conjunction with Team Leaders and including customer information to our onboarding documents • Deploying successor and identifying high potentials in the teams and ensuring a successful succession planning in alignment with your manager • Developing and work on SLA agreements between Supply Chain and CC due to known SLA´s to customers and visualize them • Reworking and aligning necessary steps for the C360 implementation and reporting frequently the progress • Implementing KPI´s out of daylight to see a performance increase with strategical customers and share within the teams. Qualifications Our essential skills we are looking for: • University and/or bachelor’s degree in relevant area preferred to ensure SCM understanding. • 10 years for external hires, Min 5-7 years’ experience in regional EMEA projects and or Leader role within SCM roles and/or OpA experience. Understand Eaton´s customers and Operations. SAP super key user. • Project skills preferred: knowledge of products and complexity of SCM network at Eaton, SAP super user with clear understanding of impacting parameters for EMEA SC tools. Super user in Excel, BPI, Daylight, etc. • Project Management, Presentations, dealing with conflict, Be a chance advocate, open minded, be analytic, process thinking, able to handle stress and set priorities, communicates clear and able to present to senior leadership.
