In doing so, we deliver flexibility, quality and efficiency for the businesses we partner with Change the future with us: · Handling onboarding activates for new joinees, confirmation process and personal fine management · Handle the separation activities online and offline · Retrial Management- collect the PF, Gratuity & Superannuation settlement form the respective employee's verify and process · Mange the Statutory Compliance · Manage the Vendor Compliance · Working with Team Manager to drive process improvement initiatives within the team · Achieve targets agreed with Team Manager. · Handle critical queries and provide accurate information to stakeholders · Other responsibilities and job content as later identified by reporting manager. · Training co-ordination & Logistics for various trainings We don’t need superheroes, just super minds · Minimum 2 years experience. · Excellent English language skill -Spoken & Written. · Act proactively to address challenges and opportunities. · Proficiency in MS Office Applications like Word and Excel. · Self Determination, Initiative, Learning, Communication Skills, Network Built on Trust, Team Player, Customer Focus, Professional Ethics, Siemens Value Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens.
