Responsible for handling customer queries by following the predefined processes through emails/tickets and Hotline services. Co-ordination with Level 2 and other stake holders for providing appropriate resolution. Excellent communication skills with neutral accent. Timely response to queries from internal customers/ stakeholders. Responsible for achieving the KRAs/KPIs assigned to each one of them. Responsible for addressing or escalating customer related issues to Level 2 support / Team Leader. Interaction with Internal customers and business. Conduct troubleshooting & health check of electrical vehicle (EV) chargers, check log entries to find root cause of the issues. Provide Weekly/Monthly reports on tickets/service requests worked. Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets and customer queries. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds B.E/B.TECH degree in Computer / Electronics / Electrical ( EEE /ECE/E&I/Equivalent ) with 1-4yr experience. Customer service Skills - Call/Email/Ticket Handling. Experience with providing Hardware & wiring, configuring support, Understanding of Electrical Drawing/Circuits. Fluency in communication skills, written and verbal (English). Incident Management and Call Centre Application Support. MS Office applications. Ownership Skills Analytical skill for logs troubleshooting. Flexible to shifts. Knowledge on Electric Vehicle and AC/DC chargers. (Knowledge in Power Electronics equipment like Chargers/Inverters/AC drives, Devices…etc. Control Electronics, related Control Panels & Devices, related Communication Networks/protocols/applications).
