Job title – Process Expert – Purchase to Pay We provide extensive high-quality and cost-efficient Purchase-to-Pay services from purchasing to the processing of outgoing payments. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency. This is your role. What part will you play · Effective queue management, Monitoring daily planning and execution of all the core & related activties of FSS Accounts Payable team within the timelines defined on each activities. · Effective EWS for any potential miss in process (Including OLA miss and potential escalation) · Eliminate the repetitive errors and SIs · Improve the quality - manual errors · Conduct trainings based on audit findings, process changes, best practices or other topics as identified · Applying technical and professional knowledge within the team to the job requirements · Skillfully dealing with the team and other employees We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.
