Job title: Process Expert - Purchase to Pay We provide extensive high-quality and cost-efficient Purchase-to-Pay services from purchasing to the processing of outgoing payments. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency. This is your role. What part will you play? · Handle Inbound Calls and emails (in French), assist Vendors/Suppliers with queries pertaining to Invoices On-Line Application · First point of contact for Level 1 queries from the vendors end/ Siemens users with regards to the application · Co-ordination with other stake holders for providing appropriate resolution · Excellent communication skills with neutral accent. · Timely response to queries from internal customers/ stakeholders. · Should be a good team player and proactively initiate the process improvements. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds. · Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal · MS Office applications · Graduate (Any) · Knowledge or exposure to SAP is an added advantage. · Excellent customer service, Interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, quality and changed oriented with initiative and ability to learn. · Must be fast learner and should be able to think analytically.
