Join our Team as our Smart Support Process Expert, where you will be responsible for managing the various back office SMART Support processes end-to-end. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of these process.

This role is responsible for ensuring that all SLA’s and KPI targets are met within the defined areas by yourself and your team, whilst providing a customer focused service, ensuring that smart installation completion rates and commissioning expectations are as high as possible in order to meet our customers smart meter rollout targets over the next few years.

To facilitate this, you will need to actively coach and support your team, ensuring that they have the required training, understanding and resources required to fulfil their role.

  • Supporting and coaching the Smart Field Support Agents knowledge of processes within the team.
  • Provide support on the continual improvement of processes, including updating process documentation where applicable.
  • Providing an escalation point for any issues which relate to your areas, ensuring that resolution is achieved in a timely manner.
  • Assist with QC’s of the teams work and to provide ample feedback
  • Assist with reporting functions associated with process area as required.
  • Assist with system configurations and process update within process area as required.
  • Supporting and maintaining Retail Meter Operations knowledge via process mapping and knowledge share.
  • Manage effective communications with customers, and with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • To actively seek customer facing improvement initiatives and cost reductions through automation or process improvement.
  • Trend analysis to identify which engineers are using Smart Field Support team and driving improvements in unnecessary calls and field commissioning rates.

In this role you will provide process production of associated guides and documentation. Implementing process changes. We are looking for someone who will proactively be able to spot trends and issues and actively seek to resolve them, whilst monitoring KPI performance and able to conduct trend analysis. 

You will have experience or previous involvement in process development, mapping, production of associated guides and documentation and ideally experience within Meter Operations environment preferable, but not essential.
