Job Description

The Financial Enterprise Services (FES) is an 350+ employee organization, providing enterprise support to 70+ Finance processes for numerous business units with a charter to deliver value added services with reliability, simplification, and insight.

To enable grow and scale this strategic objective, we are looking for a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Business Transformation Senior Analyst with strong operational, financial collaboration, and communication skills. This individual should work with multi-site, multicultural teams to advocate change and will be accountable for developing, orchestrating and organizational effectiveness in collaboration with Operational Excellence office and LSS program office to provide process, tools, methods, operational excellence practices and trainings across Finance.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage quality and lean six sigma strategy aligned to Operational Excellence office to facilitate continuous production of products consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements.

  • Drive rigorous metrics related to the balance score card to evaluate performance and drive reduction in variability/defects in critical business processes.

  • Motivate, counsel and constructively deal with people at all levels to contribute to Business transformation goal and agenda, be able to work in a multi-site, multicultural environment with different time zones.

  • Provide expert guidance/coaching to ideation, direct planning, control, monitoring and reporting of significant projects including global join efforts and program.

  • Lead and/or support process improvement for finance and foster a culture of early problem identification, timely resolution and broad based employee engagement.

  • Direct and/or support the development and implementation of the organization's management operating system including the training and coaching of all functional areas on measurement principles, meeting frameworks, visual management, statistical analysis and root cause analysis.

  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to communicate with business and technical audiences at all levels.

  • Strong track record of dealing with ambiguity and ability to take ownership or working portfolio.

  • Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills in diagnosing a problem/challenge based on data until the resolution.


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be an active student of, or must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in process improvement.

  • 5+ years demonstrated experience working in Finance and/or driving business operations, efficiencies and KPI's.

  • Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt.

  • Advanced English level.

  • Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accustomed to work with a multicultural and multisite team

  • Certifications in Project Management, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance would be beneficial to performing this role.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
