Process Management Officer

Consumer Assets - Process Management

Should you join our Secured Loans business, you will work closely with our professional, innovative and committed staff to develop and enhance secured loan products to meet the changing needs of customers in a dynamic market environment and to deliver premium services to our customers.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Process Management Officer.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Handle telephone enquiries from internal/external customers in a professional manner

  • Perform data input for mortgage loan applications and preview mortgage offers in compiling with the bank’s procedures and guideline
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • At least one year of banking experience, with knowledge of mortgage products an advantage
  • Strong self-motivation and attentiveness to detail, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of PC application software
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
