● Objective:
We send “Stars around the world”. As an integrated Global Assignment Management (GAM) function of Daimler, we are responsible for about 2,000 international assignees in more than 150 Daimler companies and in more than 50 countries across the world. We support the business globalization by ensuring an attractive and effective framework for global assignments as well as by providing professional and organizational support for employees and business management.Our agile environment is moving fast and we have initiated a transformation process to catch-up with future challenges in our business with modern policies and a state-of-the-art system. Your team in Beijing will guide this transformation in a leading role. ● Task:
The focus of this position is to take over responsibilities to drive business transformation on a global scale. As a real partner of our global teams, you will support the whole organization with your personality and passion. 
- You design an integrated global HRD/G process management system for efficiently managing global assignments and fulfilling compliance requirements. 
- You drive efficiencies in all areas of assignment management by analyzing existing and designing future processes. 
- With your analytical skills, you detect potentials in our interfaces and workflows to work more efficient and simplified. 
- Within the HR transformation process towards Cloud system, you coordinate and facilitate the process and configuration workshops (virtually or physically). 
- As professional expert in optimizations, you monitor the progress of a global implementation. 
- You like to work in an international environment and in that context; you are connected to our teams in Detroit, Stuttgart, Berlin, Beijing and Tokyo to harmonize different procedures to one standard. 
- Working closely with our HR customers, you will extract the real business needs and participate in concept development to mirror the solutions in our systems and tools. 
- Process optimization means change. Supporting this change and its transformation, you use existing business tools to ensure a sustainable implementation. 
- Support training and communication activities to implement process changes.
