This exciting role offers opportunity to: The person will be working as process quality engineer for MTL production line and PCB room, lead the process quality control and process method development. Work as quality/process engineer for MTL &PCB products to support and track the progress of new product introduction project Support the team to carry out process development and quality control planning following FAI /PPAP process. Complete the documents on process flow/control plan /SOP / WI for production process Cooperation with foreign /local team to finish sample/process verification and approval Support the process improvement project for MTL and PCB manufacturing line Participate in the internal quality problem/external customer claim analysis for MTL &PCB products Organize the regular product and line process audit or verification to ensure stable process capability and expected process output Lead the daily production/test device maintenance for MTL &PCB manufacturing line Perform the training to line operator for process/product requirements. Participate in line operator qualification. Participate in the safety risk and environmental impact factors identification when process development. Cooperate with other functional team in external certificate audit/ new product development / customer requirements review Qualifications Requirement: College degree or above At least 3 years on technology position With the education bachground on Electrinoic technology , Computer science or Electromechanical technology good proactice on MS-office softwares , basice knowledge on OS windows and basice knowledge on quality or process development ， good continual learning cpapbility Yes!
