Summary

Process Mining Analyst is skilled in data modelling, process analytics and python scripting. The process mining analyst supports the process mining capability across all aspects of data integration, process modelling, process analytics and visualisation and implementation of data science solutions.

Typical Accountabilities

• Support the process mining capability on the end-to-end delivery of process mining projects

• Build custom process models using process mining techniques

• Analyse process data to answer key business questions through a mix of regular business intelligence dashboard reporting and more sophisticated programmatic techniques

• Implement data science solutions in Python

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
 

Essential:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable degree

• Strong numerical and analytics skills with a general curiosity for data

• Advanced SQL skills working with relational databases

• Experience using Python

• Strong communication skills

• Energetic, organised and self-motivated

Desirable:

• Previous experience of real-world data analytics

• Previous experience of working with a data visualisation tool
