Are you motivated to help bring the process excellence and service quality of UBS Investment Foundations to the next level? Do you have the potential to develop into a more senior role including people management? We are looking for someone like that to:

• Analyze and document all tasks and procedures within UBS Anlagestiftungen (AST)
• Be a Subject Matter Expert for internal control procedures and operational procedures relating to AST risk management & delegation monitoring, subscription/redemptions, capital calls and distributions
• Be a Project manager
• Establish and maintain internal and external contacts relating to the operations of AST (fund administration, custody/paying agent, investment manager
• document all operational procedures required to operate UBS AST in its daily business
• Develop and implement state-of-the-art improvements (efficiency/effectiveness)
• Interact with service providers and stakeholders including investors if required
• Closely interact with head of AST and deputy to strengthen AST’s footprint in UBS Asset Management and increase the operational resilience.
