In this position, responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
Responsible for overall business management structure for GSPO (Global Source to Pay Operations), supports driving standardization and alignment of processes. Central prioritization of operational BPI initiatives.
Coordinates across formed global process owners to ensure changes are holistic across process chain. Need effective, centralized process management governance for large operational organization such as GSPO without which we lose management of process documentation, knowledge, effective root causing thru excursion/change management leading to greater efficiency in our operations.
Lead compliance oriented projects, support operations project with compliance consultancy.
Support policy definition initiatives for GSPO and alignment with corporate policies, Global Supply Chain (GSC) governing specs and regional regulations.
Plans/manages programs or projects that are focused on development, implementation or upgrade of internal customers' technology, products or processes. This may provide secondary or indirect support of customer product.
Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program.
Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service.
Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule.
Assess risk and identify issues.
Monitor progress against schedule.
Coordinate resources with other functions.
Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks.
Uses judgement in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain or a related field of study.
5+ years of relevant experience in Supply chain, procurement, finance or similar.
Intermediate to advanced English Level.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in procure to pay process ownership or execution.
Project Management tools and methodologies (e.g. PLC, PMP).
Lean Six Sigma knowledge and/or experience.
Prior experience in Business Process Management.
Unrestrcited Costa Rican work permit.

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
