•Process confirmation implementation within IPM Quality Department and work with IPM team to fulfill Quality target

•Implement IPM shopfloor quality activity (process confirmation, check);

•Report deviation and follow actions in time

•Support or lead activities with Q-method to improve related topic

•College or above, engineering background大专及以上，工程学背

•More than three years experience in Quality or related. 三年以上质量相关工作经验

•Familiar with Quality basic knowledge 基本的质量意识

•Skillful with QC tools e.g. FTA, 5why, Ishikawa diagram。熟练运用质量工具例如故障树，5why，鱼骨图等。

•Familiar with SPC, MSA,APQP,PPAP,FMEA。熟悉质量五大工具。

•ISO9001，IATF16949, VDA6.3 certification will be an advantage. 具有ISO9001，IATF16949或VDA6.3证书者优先

•Basic office skills

•Teamwork spirit.有很好的团队合作精神

•Good communication良好的沟通能力
