Job responsibilities:
1. Understand customer needs and standards and translate them into key points of production process control, QCP, PFMEA summary;
2. Connect with customers to simulate the use of product terminals and set up OBA testing environment&SIP;
3. Summary of XVT yield, MIL, Yield bridge report, weekly production report, and team down report;
4. Lead and participate in regular customer meetings;
5. Tracking and handling of production anomalies and continuous improvement;
6. Quality system maintenance and management.

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, English can be used as the working language;
2.More than 1 years of experience in quality management in electronic manufacturing enterprises, familiar with SMT or SI assembly production processes, able to use various quality control techniques to analyze quality issues in the process
3. Familiar with Office software and able to produce 8D reports and other related quality reports
4. Understand the process of introducing new products and be able to create relevant quality documents
