Process Specialist Technician

Job Description

As an Process Specialist Technician, we deal with equipment and materials used in semiconductor assemblies so the candidate must possess knowledge/background to understand its interaction with the processes to reduce risk for the quality and performance of the devices. Responsibilities include the following: � Support daily defect verification for rejects and characterize with defect mode to speed up the investigation and identification of cause of defect. � Supports experiments to fully characterize the process throughout the development cycle. � Support engineering activities such as improvements on quality, yield, reliability, and process stability. � Conducts and follow engineering experimental to collect data or assist in research work. � Owns their own safety and the safety of those around them. � Monitors trend systems (SPC Charts, Trend Scripts, Station Monitor Matching, 1-click). � Identify and prioritize systematic mismatches across process segments and defect classes. � Reviews Integrated defect trend reviews daily.


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: � Candidate must possess a Associate of Science degree/Diploma in a related engineering. � Experience and fluence using Microsoft office tool. � Discipline and Positive Learning attitude. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
