Support process engineer to execute the projects and sustain the system, cooperate with other departments like Manufacturing, SCP&NIP,Quality,ect to meet engineering objectives. The key work as below:

• Hold lot disposition,
• SWR tracking, MQ consolidation
• Quality case, internal finding case root cause investigation
• Engineer projects supporting and QBS fan out
• New machine buy off
• SPC management
• Project owner for tool stability, cost or quality

• More than 1 year related experience in Semiconductor EOL assembly (Molding,Trim&Form,Package saw) process;
• Strong technical knowledge process engineering
• Familiar with Microsoft office tool, like excel, word PPT
• Good communication skill
