Ensure device running/保障设备运转:

• Changeover
• 负责产品换型时的设备工装调整
• Efficient & quick alarm handle according to specification
• 根据规范进行有效的和快速的报警处理
• According to maintenance plan, implement maintenance, service of certain equipments and keep complete record.
• 根据设备保养计划，执行设备保养，并完整填写相关记录.
• Statistic & analysis & improvement downtime of alarm handle to achieve OEE target
• 统计，分析，改善报警停机时间来达到OEE目标
• Participate the CIP workshop concerning related equipments and process to reduce the down time, C/O time and enhance the stability and OEE of them
• 参与相关设备和工艺的CIP持续改进，减少设备的停机和换型时间，提高设备的稳定性和OEE设备利用率

Discipline/纪律:

• As backup for keeping production line running when operator leave
• 当操作工离线时，作为生产操作工的后备人员保持生产线的运行
• Accept and accomplish the assignment from Forman
• 接受并完成生产领班的任务安排。
• Report abnormal issue
• 异常汇报

• 工程类中专毕业。
• 一年以上制造行业维护工作经验。
• 具备产品元器件冲压，打螺丝，点胶工艺相关维护经验，相机系统调试优化能力。
• 必须具备阅读和理解设备图纸的能力。
• 具有较强的动手能力和工作责任心。
• 可以独立完成工作又能和小组人员融洽相处。
• 能接受三班倒。
