The Challenge

• Enter master data in the system (mainly SAP), based on working instructions. At this moment this mainly concerns master data related to the Purchase to Pay process, to be extended to master data of other processes as well.
• The Process and Data Officer will be in a physically isolated environment, as his/her colleagues will be located in different parts of the world and will work in other time zones. This means the Process and Data Officer must have a proactive attitude and be able to pick up topics proactively.
• The exact scope of work will change over time: some activities will be automated, and new activities will be started.
  

The Position

• The Process and Data Officer must be able to interpret the working instructions to understand what data is on request forms and where to enter it in the (SAP) system. The working instructions are the guideline, we expect the Process and Data Officer to reach out when the working instructions need to be improved/corrected.
• The Process and Data Officer must signal when actions become really repetitive and automation can take over certain activities.
  

The Ideal

• Educational level: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with SAP is a pre.
• Experience with master data management is a pre
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Chinese
• Analytical background
